NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 06, 2023, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for a variance or waiver pursuant to section 120.542, F.S. from City of Largo. The petition requested a variance from paragraphs 62-610.668(1)(c) and 62-610.469(7)(g). F.A.C., which prohibits the return of reclaimed water to the reclaimed water distribution system after the reclaimed water has been delivered to a user. The petition has been assigned OGC No. 23-1627.
