PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rulemaking is to update the existing rule relating to the Retail Tobacco Products Dealer Permit and include the application process and requirements for a Retail Nicotine Product Dealer Permit as needed following the signing of Senate Bill 1080 by Governor DeSantis.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: This rulemaking will address the application process and requirements for a Retail Tobacco Products Dealer Permit and a Retail Nicotine Products Dealer Permit.
