NOTICE OF RESCHEDULING – The Department of Revenue announces a public hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: October 27, 2009, during a regular meeting of the Governor and Cabinet, 9:00 a.m. A Notice of Public Meeting for the September 29, 2009, meeting of the Governor and Cabinet, was published in the September 11, 2009, (Vol. 35, No. 36, p. 4427), Florida Administrative Weekly.

PLACE: Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Department of Revenue announces that the approval of the proposed amendments to Communications Services Tax new Rule 12A-19.080, F.A.C. (Distribution Adjustments Resulting From Misallocations of Tax), previously scheduled for September 29, 2009, during a regular meeting of the Governor and Cabinet are being rescheduled for October 27, 2009, during a regular meeting of the Governor and Cabinet. A Notice of Proposed Rule was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on August 7, 2009 (Vol. 35, No. 31, pp. 3698-3700). No changes have been made to the proposed rule amendments.
