Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 44 No. 141, July 20, 2018 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
68A-12.010 Regulations Governing the Operation of Commercial or Private Hunting Preserves.
(1) through (3) No change.
(4) License application requirements:
An applicant shall make written application to the Commission. The applicant for a preserve license shall provide the following information:
(a) through (g) No change.
(h) A copy of the applicant’s valid government-issued photo ID driver’s license.
(i) through (m) No change.
(5) through (21) No change.
