    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendments are to update and revise Rule 61E1-3.001, F.A.C., to update examination and reexamination fees. Fees paid by applicants to the Department are being reduced to offset the increase in fees applicants will pay to the testing vendor for examinations and reexaminations so that the total cost to applicants will not increase.
