33-203.201Inmate Trust Fund

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Rule amendment is necessary to clarify that civil cost judgments will be treated as liens rather than holds on an inmate’s trust accounts; to increase the weekly canteen and cash draw limits; and to update inmate deposit form to reflect new vendor.
