NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 47 No. 147, July 30, 2021 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The changes are in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee. Form DH-CMS 2061 was amended to delete membership in the National Association of Social Workers and in the National Registry of Health Care Providers in Clinical Social Work, and board certification as a diplomate by the American Board of Examiners in Clinical Social Work and the National Association of Social Workers as verification of post-master’s experience.
