    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 25, 2013, the Construction Industry Licensing Board received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Robert W. Moody, Jr., a certified general contractor. The petitioner is seeking a permanent variance or waiver of Rule 61G4-16.005, F.A.C., which requires for the purpose of certification, a passing grade shall be valid only for a period of four (4) years from the date the list of successful candidates is approved by the Board. Petitioner seeks a variance or waiver from the validity period of the qualifying general contractor examination in order to apply the score to his application for certified marine specialty contractor licensure.
