PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed amendment will update the Guidelines for the Florida Boating Infrastructure Grant Program to reflect eligibility and technical changes to the grant application process. The effect of the rule amendment will be to better inform applicants and aid in the Commission’s administration of the Program.
