    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 24, 2018, the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, received a petition for Medicaid variance and/or waiver of Rule 65G-5.004, F.A.C., from Ms. Tessa Lyn Solomon, Petitioner. The rule states in part that “Neither the supported living provider nor the immediate family of the supported living provider shall serve as landlord or have any interest in the ownership of the housing unit.” The Petitioner seeks a waiver or variance from this portion of Rule 65G-5.004(b).
