- This emergency rule sets forth the drawing procedures for the following Florida Lottery Draw games: FLORIDA LOTTO®; FANTASY 5®; JACKPOT TRIPLE PLAY™, PICK 2™, PICK 3™, PICK 4™ and PICK 5™. The rule is being updated to reflect updates to FLORIDA LOTTO drawing procedures. This emergency rule replaces Emergency Rule 53ER19-09.
