    6A-1.09430Statewide, Standardized Alternate Assessment Program Requirements

    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To establish Achievement Level scale scores for the Florida Standards Alternate Assessment (FSAA)—Performance Task Access Civics and Access United States (U.S.) History End-of-Course (EOC) assessments and Achievement Level scores for the FSAA—Datafolio assessments in order to report student performance levels for these statewide, standardized alternate assessments. Once adopted, these performance standards may be used for placement, promotion, retention, and accountability purposes.
