PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend Chapter 65E-9, F.A.C., to allow those facilities that are collocated with centralized receiving facilities housed in multi-story buildings to be on floors other than the ground floor. The effect of this rulemaking is to modify regulatory language to comport with current laws related to mental health treatment centers.
