    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Pursuant to an amendment to section 320.03, Florida Statutes (effective October 1, 2019), the Department proposes to create new rules to establish standards for the administration and use of its electronic salvage filing system. In addition, the Department proposes to: (1) update a form in Rule 15C-16.010 to include electronic salvage filing system applicants and (2) remove invalid language from Rule 15C-16.012 pursuant to Florida Auto. Dealers Ass’n v. Dep’t of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles, Case No. 17-3894RX (DOAH Nov. 6, 2017).
