    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To implement changes to Section 1003.25, Florida Statutes, requiring the State Board of Education to prescribe rules related to the procedures for maintenance and transfer of students records.

    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Amending the current rule to include the requirements that Florida’s public schools transfer student records within three (3) school days and that student records include verified reports of serious or recurrent behavior patterns, threat assessments, psychological evaluations, and therapy or progress notes.
