PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed rule amendments is to establish the procedures and requirements when a Housing Credit (HC) development owner requests a qualified contract per Section 42, IRC, taking into account federal law that governs the HC program and applicable state statutes.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The rule development workshop will be held to receive comments and suggestions from interested persons relative to the proposed amendments to the qualified contract procedures and requirements set forth in rule 67-21.031, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.).
