    67-48.031Qualified Contracts

    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed rule amendments is to establish the procedures and requirements when a Housing Credit (HC) development owner requests a qualified contract per Section 42, IRC, taking into account federal law that governs the HC program and applicable state statutes.

    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The rule development workshop will be held to receive comments and suggestions from interested persons relative to the proposed amendments to the qualified contract procedures and requirements set forth in rule 67-48.031, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.).

    RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: 420.507 FS.

    LAW IMPLEMENTED: 420.5087, 420.5089, 420.5099 FS.

    A RULE DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP WILL BE HELD AT THE DATE, TIME AND PLACE SHOWN BELOW:

    DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time

    PLACE: The workshop will be held in person at the offices of Florida Housing Finance Corporation at 227 N. Bronough Street, Seltzer Room, Tallahassee, Florida.
