NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COST
In accordance with Section 120.541 of the Florida Statutes, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Department) announces the availability of a Statement of Estimated Regulatory Costs (SERC), associated with the Department’s proposed Rule 62-4.161, F.A.C., Public Notice of Pollution Notice, as proposed in the Florida Administrative Register in Vol. 42 No. 189, September 28, 2016 and Notice of Change in Vol 42 No. 222 November 15, 2016.
