THE PRELIMINARY TEXT OF THE PROPOSED RULE DEVELOPMENT IS:

59G-13.082 Developmental Disabilities Waiver Services Procedure Codes.

(1) This rule applies to all developmental disabilities waiver services providers enrolled in the Medicaid program.

(2) All developmental disabilities waiver services providers enrolled in the Medicaid program must be in compliance with the Developmental Disabilities Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Procedure Codes and Maximum Units of Service Billing Code Matrix, January 1, 2008, which is incorporated by reference. The Developmental Disabilities Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Procedure Codes and Maximum Units of Service Billing Code Matrix is available from the Medicaid fiscal agent’s Web Portal site at http://mymedicaid-florida.com.
