PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rulemaking seeks to amend Rule 61C-5.007, F.A.C., in order to update and revise the rule to clarify existing language and incorporate a form by reference.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The rule will address a verification of elevator work history form for certificate of competency applicants.
