PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the rule development is to align the rule with Section 1007.27(1), Florida Statutes, following the dissolution of the College Center for Library Automation and the Florida Center for Library Automation, and the creation of the Florida Virtual Campus in accordance with Section 1006.73, Florida Statutes.
