PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Defines Automated Training Management System (ATMS) Global Profile Report; Requires use of the new ATMS Global Profile Reporting system to access officer/instructor records information; Clarifies the guidelines for retroactive salary incentive payments for career development courses and educational training; Updates rule language to comply with Florida Statutes; Updates advanced training program course inactive dates.
