1S-2.050: Cancellation of Political Party Filings

The Independent Party of Florida failed to comply with the public audit requirements of section 103.121(2), Florida Statues, by not having an audit conducted by a duly licensed Florida certified public accountant. Pursuant to the authority of the Florida Elections Commission and its Recommended Final Order, the Florida Department of State, Division of Elections will proceed with final cancellation of the filings of the Independent Party of Florida. The final order was filed on November 29, 2016.
