NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 23, 2024, the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), received a petition for Variance (Petition) from Bristol Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. (Petitioner), c/o Miami Management, 11770 US Highway One, #501, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 33408, for a project known as Bristol Lakes Homeowners Association, located in Palm Beach County, Florida (Water Use Application No. 060316-6/Permit No. 50-07333-W). The Petition seeks a variance from the Year-Round Landscape Irrigation Measures contained in Chapter 40E-24, F.A.C. Any interested person or other agency may submit written comments on the Petition within 14 days after publication of this notice.
