    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to revise hunting regulations regarding shooting hours and methods of take on Wildlife and Environmental Areas (WEAs).

    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Subject area covered in this rule development effort pertains to restrictions on species allowed to be hunted with dogs and shooting hours during Phase I of mourning and white-winged dove season.
