NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 42 No. 221, November 14, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The notice of proposed rule should have included the following statement following the text of the rule:
“Pursuant to Sections 373.139(7) and 373.1391(6), Florida Statutes, this rule repeal requires legislative review and will become effective on May 8, 2017, if the Legislature neither rejects nor modifies the rule.”
