NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 41 No. 218, November 9, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The Purpose and Effect now reads as follows: The rule is being repealed because the statute which provided specific authority for the rule, and which the rule implemented, has been repealed.

 

This correction does not affect the substance of the rule as it appeared in the Florida Administrative Register as outlined above.
