NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 45 No. 238, December 10, 2019 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

Florida Statutes section 252.35 requires that a complete state comprehensive emergency management plan be submitted to the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the Governor on February 1 of every even-numbered year. As such, this rule does not require legislative ratification.
