PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purposed rule amendment would establish an application and permit fee structure for a new alligator hunting opportunity, the special-use alligator harvest (per 68A-25.047, F.A.C.). The effect of the proposed rule amendment would be to allow application and permitting fees to support this new alligator hunting opportunity.
