    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 14, 2023, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for temporary, limited waiver of paragraph 65D-30.004(6)(c), Florida Administrative Code, from Metro Treatment of Florida, L.P. paragraph 65D-30.004(6)(c), Fla. Admin. Code, states in pertinent part that, for the medication and methadone maintenance service component, the maximum number of individuals a medical director may serve is 1,745.
