The Board of Opticianry hereby gives notice: of the issuance of an Order Granting Petition for Variance and Waiver, filed by Niran Kartanowicz on November 27, 2023. The Notice of Petition for Waiver and Variance was published in Vol. 49, No. 230, of the November 29, 2023, Florida Administrative Register. The Board considered the Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on December 8, 2023 via video conference. The Board’s Order, filed on December 15, 2023, granted the petition. The Board found that petitioner was in substantial compliance with the provision of Section 120.542, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 28-104, Florida Administrative Code.
