    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Revision to existing records retention schedules GS1-SL for State and Local Government Agencies, GS2 for Law Enforcement, Correctional Facilities, and District Medical Examiners, GS3 for Election Records, GS4 for Public Hospitals, Health Care Facilities, and Medical Providers, GS5 for Public Universities and Colleges, GS7 for Public Schools Pre-K-12 and Adult and Career Education, GS8 for Fire Departments, GS9 for State Attorneys, GS11 for Clerks of Court, GS12 for Property Appraisers, GS13 for Tax Collectors, GS14 for Public Utilities, and GS15 for Public Libraries.

    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Record retention schedules for records held by agencies as defined in Section 119.011, Florida Statutes.
