NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 17, 2012, the Department of Health, received a petition for Variance from s. 64E-15.004(1), Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), from P.E.C. Properties, LLC, Petitioner, on behalf of Triple Canopy Ranch. This rule requires a safe method of sewage collection, disposal, or treatment and disposal shall be provided at each park or camp. Petitioner is requesting the use of port-o-lets and portable showers. Triple Canopy Ranch, Inc. is located in Polk County.
