PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To require retirees and payees to submit a Form DFS-A1-26R, Retiree Direct Deposit Authorization, or establish direct deposit through FRS Online in order to receive retirement benefit payments; to amend acceptable forms of birth date verification when applying for retirement benefits; to require a direct deposit form be submitted at the time a member applies for retirement benefits.
