PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposes the rule amendment for Rule 64B5-16.001, F.A.C., to update the time period for the authorization for remediable tasks to be performed under general supervision. For Rule 64B5-16.006, F.A.C., to move a remedial task from indirect supervision to general supervision. For Rule 64B5-16.007, F.A.C., to move root planning from indirect supervision to general supervision.
