    RULE NO.: RULE TITLE:

64-4.011: Compassionate Use Registry Identification Cards

    NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 42 No. 212, October 31, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS AND LEGISLATIVE RATIFICATION statement is changed to read as follows: The Agency has determined that this will not have an adverse impact on small business or likely increase directly or indirectly regulatory costs in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate within one year after the implementation of the rule. A SERC has not been prepared by the agency.

The Agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein: The Department has revised its consideration of the economic impact of the rule based on updated comparative data and rates of application under existing law and accordingly revised the “Proposed Rule: Is a SERC Required” checklist. Based on these revisions, the estimated adverse impact or regulatory costs of the rule do not exceed any of the criteria established in section 120.541, F.S., and is therefore not expected to require legislative ratification.
