    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Florida Public Service Commission that Duke Energy Florida, LLC’s petition for temporary waiver from Rule 25-6.100, Florida Administrative Code, filed on October 16, 2018, in Docket No. 20180188-EI, was approved by the Commission by Order No. PSC-2018-0531-PAA-EI, issued November 8, 2018, and consummated by Order No. PSC-2018-0564-CO-EI, issued November 30, 2018.  The rule addresses customer billing requirements, including the requirement to render monthly bills.  The petition was approved on the basis that the purpose of the underlying statute would be achieved by other means and application of the rule would create a substantial hardship and violate principles of fairness.  Notice of the petition was published in the FAR on October 18, 2018, Vol. 44, No. 204.
