PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To delete the duplicative requirement for belt cutters, because belt cutters are required by Florida School Bus Specifications, which are adopted in rule 6A-3.0291, F.A.C., Specifications for New School Buses. The effect is to remove the duplicative and redundant language from rule.
