PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Agency proposes to develop a survey to collect data on registered nurses and direct care workers pursuant to section 408.822, F.S.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The Agency proposes to develop a survey to collect data on registered nurses and direct care workers employed by nursing homes licensed under part II of chapter 400, assisted living facilities licensed under part I of chapter 429, and home health agencies and homemaker/companion service providers licensed under part III of chapter 400. A sample document to show the data to be collected will be available for review.
