    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 9, 2020, the Department of Health, received a petition for Permanent Variance from Timothy Gill, representing Sushi with Gusto @ Florida State University. The petitioner seeks a variance in accordance with the Food and Drug Administration 2013 Food Code as incorporated by reference in subsection 64E-11.003(2), Florida Administrative Code, requiring that a food establishment obtain a variance from the regulatory authority before using food additives or adding components as a method of food preservation or to render a food so that is not time/temperature controlled food.
