    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 5, 2020, the Department of Health, received a petition for Variance from subsection 64E-28.004(14), Florida Administrative Code, from Sarah E. Chapa CEO/Owner of Muck City Tattoos, 909 S. Parrott Avenue, Suite 8-F, Okeechobee, FL 34974. Rule 64E-28.004(14), Florida Administrative Code, requires that there be no direct opening between a body piercing salon and any building or portion of a building used as living or sleeping quarters or as a food establishment.
