PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To implement Chapter 2013-123, L.O.F. and Chapter 2014 -1, L.O.F., to promulgate a rule form and possible rule language that solicits the information required by the department from a qualifying veteran or the veteran’s spouse to obtain an initial application fee waiver for an application for certification under Chapter 468 part IV F.S.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Initial application fee waiver requirements for qualifying veterans and spouses who apply for Chapter 468 part IV F.S. certification.
