    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the proposed rule development is to revise Rules 62-701.510 and 62-701.730, F.A.C., by including supplemental minimum water quality monitoring parameters which the Department has determined to be protective of water resources.

    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The subject matter to be addressed in this rulemaking includes water quality monitoring parameters, field sampling techniques, analytical methods, and landfill gas management.
