NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on February 17, 2014, the Board of Medicine issued a Final Order on the petitions for declaratory statement filed on behalf of Jose E. Garcia, M.D. The Notice of the Petitions was published in Volume 39, No. 132, of the July 9, 2013, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The Petitioner also filed a consolidated petition on August 27, 2013. The Board reviewed the Petition at its meeting held on December 6, 2013. The Board’s Final Order finds that the Petitioner’s proposed practice plan does not reveal any practices which would violate Rule 64B8-9.014, F.A.C.
