    DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

    RULE NO.: RULE TITLE:

62-660.802: General Permit for a Pesticide Waste Degradation System

    NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 41 No. 177, September 11, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The summary of the rule repeal for the Notice of Proposed Rule for Rule Chapter 62-660.802, F.A.C., General Permit for a Pesticide Waste Degradation System, published in Volume 41, Number 177, on September 11, 2015, should have stated: These rules are being repealed because the rules are no longer necessary. There are no active general permits for pesticide waste degradation systems and there is no present or foreseeable need for the Department to continue to provide for a general permit for such systems. In the event the need to permit such a system should arise, the Department would process an application for an individual permit pursuant to Rule 62-620.310, F.A.C.
