NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 20, 2015, the Board of Psychology received a petition for waiver of Rule 64B19-11.0075, F.A.C., filed by Ailen Zaceta, Psy.D., regarding the requirement that the Board close the application file of and issue a final order of denial to any applicant for licensure by examination who “fails to pass the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology…” within 24 months of issuance of the Board’s letter advising that applicant has been approved for examination by granting an additional 12 months to comply with the requirements of subsection 64B19-11.0075(1), F.A.C. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for April 24, 2015.
