40E-6.221Conditions for Issuance of Standard Permits

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 27, 2024, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for waiver from Florida Power and Light Company (Application No. 240206-42289) for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the C-103 Canal for installation of buried utility conduits and an above ground pad mounted transformer located within the south right of way; Section 17, Township 57, Range 40, Miami-Dade County. The petition seeks relief from paragraph 40E-6.221(3)(j), Fla. Admin. Code, which governs placement of facilities within the right of way and does not meet or is contrary to the District's criteria within Works or Lands of the District.
