    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Section 22 of Chapter 2020-150, Laws of Florida, made changes to the priority ranking of projects in the Clean Water State Revolving Fund program. Rulemaking is necessary to incorporate those changes and the Department will make other changes to clarify and update the program’s procedures and requirements for making loans to local governments and eligible utilities.

    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Rules of Chapter 62-503, F.A.C, will be revised to update the procedures and requirements for administering the Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program, in accordance with state law.
