    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Commission is considering amendments to the manatee protection rule for Flagler County to add a roughly half-mile section of the Intracoastal Waterway channel to the existing seasonal zones near Lehigh Canal, as requested by Flagler County. The effect of the rule would be to extend the northern boundary of the existing shore-to-shore zone from its current location near marker 13 to a new location approximately 500 feet north of Lehigh Canal.
