The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On February 2, 2024, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting the waiver from subsection 67-48.0072(26), Florida Administrative Code (7/11/2019) for Miami Beach Housing Initiatives, Inc., allowing Petitioner to extend its loan closing deadline from February 2, 2024, to May 10, 2024. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on January 17, 2024, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on January 18, 2024, in Vol. 50, Number 12 F.A.R.
